STORY OF BUSINESS POINT
Business Point is designated to simulate the real life business environment and it was created in 2015 by the Managing Board of Bilkent University Operational Research Club.
BusinessPoint is a business simulation which is organised in Istanbul via the participation of 60 students from the TOP 6 ranking universities of Turkey. BusinessPoint consists of 5 Points which are aimed to challange participants from different scopes of the business life. The event narrows the scope of participants to fundamental areas of business. Business Point offers immense networking opportunities for participants and allows them to connect with highly influential business leaders.
STORY OF OPERATIONAL RESEARCH CLUB
Operational Research Club was founded in 1992 by Industrial Engineering students of Bilkent University. The club operates with over 500 active members and 16 person managing board.
Scope of Operational Research Club is much beyond the Industrial Engineering students. With four major activites and over hundered carrer sub-activities which are recognized by both national and international organisations. Additionally, Operational Research Club has an ongoing and very active ESTIEM Local Group LG-Ankara Bilkent. Operational Research Club is the biggest student club in Turkey and being recognized by the Bilkent University Administration as “The Most Active Student Club” for the last 12 consecutive years.
